Vijja Labs is a venture studio with one thing in the ground. We are building the coordination, funding, and sensing layers that make aging at home a real option instead of a hope.
It fails on coordination. Home care is delivered by a scattered set of agencies, aides, clinicians, and adult children with no shared record, no shared schedule, and nobody accountable for the whole picture. When something changes at two in the morning, that system has no answer — and a family with no answer chooses a facility. Not because they want to. Because it is the only thing that responds.
Not the absence of money — its shape. Families routinely hold resources that could fund years of care and don't know it: dormant policies, veterans' benefits, equity in the very house they're trying to stay in, income allocated to the wrong thing.
The assets exist. The plan doesn't. Nobody's job is to build it.
The service a family actually buys: a coordinated care plan for a parent staying in their own home, run by a named care director rather than a call centre.
The operating system the care runs on — scheduling, routing, clinical documentation, billing, compliance, and an urgent-response dispatch layer built in from day one.
The financial planning layer. Finds the assets a family already holds and structures them into a plan that funds the care — with a licensed advisor reviewing every recommendation.
The money layer. Pays providers the moment a visit is verified instead of on a billing cycle. Bridged to conventional custody, and invisible to the family.
Edge AI hardware living in the house. Presence and safety awareness, a voice companion, and automatic pre-fill of clinical notes. Processing stays on the device.
Five parts.
One operator.
One accountability.
Standing up the care operation across the Austin–Georgetown–Hill Country corridor. Hardware design underway, software build in progress, first founding families in the pipeline. Founder-funded.
The financial planning side comes online under licensed advisory partners, alongside insurance distribution through licensed brokers in the network.
Purpose-built long-term-care funding instruments, gated on proof of distribution. Nothing here is committed and nothing here is an offer.
Over thirty years in technology — decades of it building health-tech companies whose common thread is getting patients to the care that already exists. Most recently WellHive — care navigation infrastructure the Department of Veterans Affairs rolled out nationally.
Vijja is a solo operation by design at this stage. The architecture, the product, and the strategy are set by one person and built with AI as the engineering team. The people we add are the ones who have to be human: clinicians, operators, licensed advisors, counsel.
That setup is deliberate and it is temporary. It's also why this page is a working document rather than a performance of a company that doesn't exist yet.

Named inventor on health-information patents, including System and method for uploading and securing health care records to trusted health-user communities.
This page is a working document, not a pitch. No form, no funnel — if you have reason to be in contact, it comes straight to the founder.
